What are the benefits of sensory play?

What is the age reccomendation for these sensory kits?
WARNING: Choking Hazards. All kits contain small parts and are not intended for children under 3 years of age.
All products have warning labels as small pieces pose as a choking hazard. Parental supervision is HIGHLY recommended.
There are some kits that are intended for younger children with no choking hazards and those items are labeled.
What are Fine Motor Skills?
Fine Motor Skills are movements and the coordination of small muscles within the hands, wrists, and fingers. This helps children perform every day tasks such as grasping objects, feeding themselves, and writing.
What is the shipping time?
All bins are individually & custom made to order.
Regular sensory bins & mini kits are shipped out between 7-10 business days.
Birthday favors are shipped out within 12-14 business days depending upon theme request.
Custom bins are shipped out within 10-15 days based upon theme request & availability.
How much is shipping?
Shipping is free on all orders over $35.00 and a flat rate of $8.00 for anything under $35.00
What are the size differences between the bins?
Each mini kit comes with kinetic sand, a tool, and different themed manipulatives. The kits are 5" X 3" X 1" and are the perfect edition to a diaper bag or purse for screen free play!
The kinetic sand provides a fun texture while working on fine motor skills of pinching, rolling, and scooping! Your child can also enjoy imaginative play by creating scenes within the kit or dump & play!
The mid sized kits are 6" X 6" X 3" and are able to hold 1.5 cups of base materials. These kits come with the bin and everything included within the picture! Skills focused for these bins are scooping, pinching, & imaginative play but on a small level. These would make perfect birthday gifts!
The regular sized sensory bins are 14" X 14" X 3" and hold 3.5 cups of base material. These kits have an option to come with or within the bin as the contents would fill a typical sensory bin (like a trofast bin). These bins are full of different materials & opportunities to scoop, pour, pinch, grab, and PLAY!
